Sede Bogotá., ) Rios Osorio, Ruben Andres; rarioso@libertadores.edu.co; 2017The project to create the Organizational Intelligence Foundation (IO Foundation) is conceived as a non-profit entity, based on shared value philosophies, theory of change and principles of B organizations (B corp.). these types of organizations combine the social goals of an NGO with the economic efficiency of an entity with of profit, defining the business model in favor of providing solutions to social problems. These social problems need to generate transformations, which are promoted by actions based on the theory of change, where the efforts and resources of a organization are focused on a community, these actions generate reactions and these are multiply, increasing the efforts that allow impacting multiple needs of the psychosocial environment (Brugmann & Prahalad, 2007). Several organizations have defined their value proposition, mission and economic success, using the strength of the market to provide solutions to social, economic and environmental problems, as of September 2016 there are 1188 organizations certified as B Corps globally, of which 256 are Latin American (System B, s.f.). In this way, this organizational project is conceived as foundation, having a social sense and additionally consolidating services of commercialization of consulting, training and accompaniment of human talent organization, so that economic impact can be generated to support the mission social of the IO Foundation.

Sede Bogotá., ) Nogales Ochoa, Jennifer; Pineda Rojas, Katherin Johanna; 2017Introduction: Delinquency is a phenomenon suffered by all the countries of the world, in some of them it is evident that broader security measures are taken, encompassing or accurate and in others it is more frequent to see how this phenomenon exceeds the control entities chosen by governments to contain or eliminate them, so we ask ourselves: Are there differences in the frequency of antisocial and criminal behaviors emitted by adolescents of grade 11 of a public and private school in Bogotá?. Objectives: Determine if there is difference in the frequency of antisocial and criminal behaviors emitted by adolescents from a private school compared to a public one in the city of Bogotá. Also I know seeks to know if there are significant differences between the number of antisocial behaviors and criminal. Methodology. This research corresponds to a quantitative study not cross-sectional experimental study with a descriptive design, for which a sample was selected probabilistic study of 94 voluntary subjects with a mean age of 16 years, all of them belonging to the last grade of a public school and two private schools in the city of Bogota. For data collection, an ad hoc sociodemographic questionnaire was developed and applied the A-D questionnaire of Nicolás Seisdedos of 2004. Results: No Significant differences in antisocial behaviors in the types of schools. As for the criminal behaviors, there was a difference in frequency, being higher for the school public compared to the private school, significant differences were also identified in function of gender, scoring higher occurrence of antisocial behaviors for men and more criminal behavior in women. Conclusions: It is necessary that adolescents have adequate family environments that strengthen the risk factors present in their social context, it is also worth inquiring about the educational plans of each institution and incorporate aspects of personality traits in future research.
