Sede Bogotá., ) Alegría Ponce, Juan Camilo; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaThis research is limited to the area of education, especially with technological development and evolution in post-pandemic times. It is carried out based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Education of Colombia with the objective of knowing the level of ICT appropriation that the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education have in the academic space of School and Diversity. The results are analyzed descriptively, to observe the panorama in terms of level of use and appropriation, three levels are defined regarding the level of appropriation in ICT that They are: explorer, integrator and innovator. The approach of the proposal is made from the results found within the competencies, where it can be identified that 40% are at the integrative level of ICT competency, 46% at the exploratory level of technological competency, 66% at the exploratory level of pedagogical competency, communicative competence as well as investigative competence gave a result of 53% within the exploratory moment. Therefore, most of the competencies are shown in the exploratory moment, in such a way that a training plan is pertinent through workshops and activities that strengthen knowledge and encourage pedagogical practices from the use of tics in strengthening learning strategies and handling of ICT tools lasting three months with explicit sessions according to the need found.
