Estudio de factibilidad para la creaciòn de un restaurante con especialidad en comidas tolimense “delicias del Tolima” en el municipio de Guayabetal – Cundinamarca

Abstract

There is a great variety of gastronomic offer along the road corridor “Autopista al Llano”, mostly offers typical dishes from the eastern region Cundinamarques. The aim of this business project is to offer, to the consumer of the region and the tourists of the road corridor, dishes from another region from Colombia, but without a doubt it will be a huge pleasure for the client's palate, that demands something different from what is often found in its path. Creating this type of company as a business project helps solve part of the unemployment problem that this region has, since would demand agricultural labor from the region to try some of supplies required for food processing offered, improving the income and quality of life of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Guayabetal. The feasibility study developed throughout the degree work is carried out to determine the feasibility of starting a restaurant in the city of Guayabetal. The Municipality of Guayabetal presents a high number of places or elements tourists who in one way or another represent an attraction for the Guayabetal communities and tourists, which indicates that it can be implement strategies to project in the medium term an increase in economic income. Guayabetal is a city in expansion at a cultural and commercial level in a potential tourism sector such as the Bogotá-Villavicencio Double Lane, without counting on the great agro-tourism, environmental and landscape potential, which have the Municipality, therefore, it is one of the most desirable areas for enter the gastronomic market
