Programa de actividades lúdico-recreativas para minimizar los niveles de agresividad e indisciplina en los estudiantes del grado 10-3 de la institución educativa "INEM CARLOS ARTURO TORRES" de la ciudad de Tunja.

Con el fin de disminuir los niveles de agresividad e indisciplina de la institución educativa "INEM CARLOS ARTURO TORRES" de la ciudad de Tunja, se estudiaron 35 estudiantes entre hombres y mujeres pertenecientes al grado 10-3 de dicho establecimiento, quienes durante algunas sesiones de clase y charlando con los docentes fue el curso que presentaba mayores niveles de violencia escolar entre compañeros. Se pretende diseñar un programa de actividades lúdico-recreativas, con el fin de motivar la participación de los estudiantes fomentando la tolerancia, el trabajo en equipo y el interés por realizar actividades innovadoras. Para obtener unos datos más específicos se pretende aplicar el Cuestionario de “agresividad reactiva y proactiva” diseñado por Raine et al., (2006) antes y después de la aplicación del plan lúdico-recreativo, y así, comprobar que impacto tuvo dicho programa en cuanto a disminuir los niveles de agresividad e indisciplina de los estudiantes.
In order to reduce the levels of aggressiveness and indiscipline in the educational institution "INEM CARLOS ARTURO TORRES" of the city of Tunja, 35 students were studied between males and females belonging to grade 10-3 of this establishment, who during some class sessions and chatting with teachers was the course that presented higher levels of school violence among peers. It is intended to design a program of recreational-recreational activities, in order to motivate the participation of students by encouraging tolerance, teamwork and interest in innovative activities. In order to obtain more specific data, we intend to apply the "reactive and proactive aggressiveness" questionnaire designed by Raine et al. (2006) before and after the application of the recreational-recreational plan, and thus verify the impact of the program in terms of reducing the levels of aggressiveness and indiscipline of the students.
