Resumen
This research starts from the recognition of the teachers' perception of disability in the Nasa and Misak ethnic groups, where the cultural context can lead to the stigmatization of a condition; For this reason, we see in an important way identifying what are the educational perceptions that are had with these populations, from an inclusive cultural term. This research has arguments that support the proposal that was raised as an objective and response to a problem that was investigated by means of instruments that yielded results that were the basis for the elaboration of this research.

La presente investigación, parte del reconocimiento de la percepción que tienen los docentes frente a la discapacidad en las etnias Nasa y Misak en donde el contexto cultural puede llevar a la estigmatización de una condición; por tal motivo vemos de manera importante el identificar cuáles son las percepciones educativas que se tienen con estas poblaciones, desde un término cultural incluyente. Esta investigación tiene argumentos que soportan la propuesta que se planteó como objetivo y respuesta a una problemática que se indago por medio de instrumentos que arrojaron resultados que fueron base para la elaboración de esta investigación.
