Fortalecimiento de la relación estudiante-acudiente para mejorar el rendimiento académico en Escuela Urbana San Rafel del municipio de Bituima Cundinamarca

Abstract

The objective of this project was to design a playful proposal to improve the relationship between the fifth grade students of the Escuela Urbana San Rafael Rural in the municipality of Bituima Cundinamarca with their guardians, who are mostly their parents, in order to improve their school motivation. This research is of a qualitative nature and comes from determining the importance of the work of the family as a prevailing factor in the motivation of the student. Interviews were conducted with the students to identify the parenting styles that they are acquiring and that influence the academic process and homework, as well as interviews with the guardians to establish the reasons for their lack of commitment in the academic field of the children. From this and to determine the existing shortcomings in their relationship, a pedagogical strategy is designed with playful activities, in which it is intended that the affective relationships between those involved can be improved, and intervene in the school environment, with the purpose of improve the motivation in the students and that the guardians serve as guides or counselors that facilitate the minor's school process.
