Diseño y análisis psicométrico de la prueba AFR para medir la actitud de la población universitaria frente a la reinserción social de excombatientes de las FARC – EP

Abstract

The main objective of this research focuses on psychological analysis and testing. The attitude towards reintegration (AFR) is the objective of this research in the field of social reintegration of the FARC-EP. In order to obtain this design and in the construction of its ÍTEMs, the responses in the peace agreements signed in Havana, Cuba, as a result of the evaluation carried out by El Salvador, have been taken as a basis for the social, political and labor / economic categories. Expert judgment. A lawyer, a social psychologist, a political scientist and a teacher of psychometrics and researcher and finally the result of the application to the sample of the university population. The application of the instrument was made in the city of Bogotá, in which 170 university students participated who answered the AFR psychometric test, obtaining as a result the result of the instrument, confirming the time and reliability, thus giving way in the future. academic level Thus, it is concluded that the present investigation allows to see the attitudes in the university students of Bogotá against the social reintegration of the results of the FARC-EP based on the design and the psychometric analysis of a test for that purpose.
