dc.description	Esta investigación se llevó a cabo entre los meses de abril del 2012 y septiembre de 2013, con el fin de determinar el desarrollo del apego seguro y las capacidades parentales en la diada madre-neonato que pertenecen al Programa Madre Canguro en la Unidad de Neonatología del Hospital San Francisco de Asís de la Ciudad de Quibdó-Chocó. Para lo cual se planteó la pregunta problema ¿Cómo se desarrolla el vínculo de apego seguro en la diada madre –neonato prematuro pertenecientes al Programa Madre Canguro del Hospital San Francisco de Asís de la ciudad de Quibdó-Chocó? y los objetivos el general Describir el desarrollo del apego seguro en la diada madre-neonato que pertenecen al Programa Madre Canguro en la Unidad de Neonatología del Hospital San Francisco de Asís de la Ciudad de Quibdó-Chocó y los específicos Identificar los componentes de la técnica madre canguro, que intervienen en el desarrollo del apego seguro en la diada madre-neonato; Analizar las capacidades parentales presentes en las madres para desplegarse como base segura para su bebe prematuro; Determinar las redes de apoyo presente de la diada madre-neonato durante el Programa Madre Canguro; Conocer el desarrollo del proceso de vinculación afectiva entre la diada madre-bebe narrada desde las apreciaciones emocionales de las progenitoras, utilizándose una metodología de tipo descriptivo, y por el tipo de información que se recogió es de corte cualitativo utilizándose una muestra poblacional de seis (6) diadas madre-neonato. En este sentido, se realizó la recolección de información que permitió comprender e interpretar de forma integral los significados expresados por medio de la narración de las madres de prematuros. Además de la descripción y análisis del sistema de relaciones en las díadas madre-neonato, las cuales permitieron dar cuenta del desarrollo de la vinculación de apego seguro. De igual forma se indagó en el despliegue de las capacidades parentales presenten en la madre que pertenecen al Programa Canguro.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This investigation will be carried out between the months of April 2012 and September 2013, in order to determine the development of secure attachment and parental abilities in the mother-newborn dyad belonging to the Kangaroo Mother Program in the Neonatology Unit of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital of the City of Quibdó-Chocó. For which the problem question was raised: How does the secure attachment bond develop in the mother dyad - premature infant belonging to the Kangaroo Mother Program of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital in the city of Quibdó-Chocó? and the objectives the general Describe the development of secure attachment in the mother-newborn dyad that specific to the Mother Kangaroo Program in the Neonatology Unit of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital of the City of Quibdó-Chocó and the specific Identify the components of the technique kangaroo mother, involved in the development of secure attachment in the mother-newborn dyad; Analyze the parental abilities present in mothers to be deployed as a safe base for their premature baby; Determine the support networks present for the mother-infant dyad during the Mother Kangaroo Program; Knowing the development of the process of affective bonding between the mother-baby dyad narrated from the emotional appreciations of the parents, using a descriptive type methodology, and by the type of information that is collected is of qualitative cut using a population sample of six ( 6) mother-newborn dyads. In this sense, the collection of information that comprehensively understands and interprets the meanings expressed through the narration of the mothers of premature babies is carried out. In addition to the description and analysis of the relationship system in the mother-infant dyads, which allow to account for the development of the bonding of secure attachment. In the same way it was investigated in the deployment of the parental capacities present in the mother that belong to the Kangaroo Program.	spa
