dc.description | La presente investigación de corte descriptivo fue realizada con el fin de identificar los niveles de percepción de estrés que presentan los docentes de planta de la Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores en Bogotá. Mediante la aplicación vía correo electrónico de la prueba PSS-14 (Perceived Stress Scale 14 ítems) se recolectó la información de 63 docentes participantes de manera voluntaria sobre la cual se analizó los factores laborales, personales y académicos que representan incidencia en los niveles de estrés percibido en el profesorado. Se obtuvieron puntuaciones generales de percepción muy baja en 1.6%, percepción media en un 34.9% y alta percepción en un 4.8%. Los docentes con mayor percepción de estrés se encuentran en las Facultades de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas y Relaciones Internacionales (60%) y Ciencias Humanas y Sociales (23.1%). Los resultados obtenidos fueron comparados con investigaciones de orden similar a nivel nacional y mundial, en aras de analizar los datos actuales de los docentes de la institución y aportar información para posibles futuras investigaciones que permitan contribuir con la creación y/o enriquecimiento de programas de bienestar, promoción y prevención en salud mental, considerando el papel del docente como agente formador de profesionales integrales. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This investigation, as a descriptive one, was developed in order to identify the levels of stress perception of the teachers of Fundacion Universitaria Los Libertadores at Bogotá. Through the application by email of the PSS-14 (Perceived Stress Scale 14 items), information was collected from 63 participating voluntary teachers, which analyzed the labor, personal and academic factors that represent incidence in perceived stress levels in the teaching staff. General scores resulted in Very low perception in 1.6%, Average perception in 34.9% and High perception in 4.8%.
