Although these changes have been forged globally in the Latin American case, and specifically the Colombian, they have been gradual, which is why the female salary is still lower in some places compared to that of men; or that many women are judged strongly for working in a work environment outside the home, which as in the old way, is the site of women. Being relegated all his subject and his subjectivity to the domestic space. In this sense, the reason for the research is to investigate and understand how, in a context like the current one, three women from the Hands that Build program have configured their life, based on their dynamics and social environment. For this, from a humanistic psychology perspective, the qualitative approach was taken as a research model, taking ethnography as a method with unstructured interviews as a data collection technique.

- ÍtemSíndrome de burnout y estrategias de afrontamiento en los docentes de la fundación universitaria los libertadoresCárdenas Bermúdez, Viviana; Vásquez Triana, Kenny DanielaThe present investigation addresses the manifestation of the phenomenon of the Burnout Syndrome in relation to coping strategies in a sample of 29 teachers from the Universidad Los Libertadores, located in the city of Bogotá. For this, there were two instruments: The Occupational Wear Scale (EDO) and the Modified Coping Strategies Scale (EEC-M). Likewise, an analysis of the sociodemographic variables was made: age, gender, hours worked daily, type of contract, among others. SINDROME DE BURNOUT Y ESTRATEGIAS DE AFRONTAMIENTO EN DOCENTES 4 A theoretical basis was consolidated that was support for the researchers on topics of work stress, Burnout syndrome and coping strategies. This with the sole purpose of giving validity to the study that is being carried out and empirically corroborating the theoretical postulates. The objective of this research is to know what relationship the Burnout Syndrome has with the Coping Strategies of the teachers of the Los Libertadores University Foundation, belonging to the Faculty of Business Administration, Psychology, Social Communication and Engineering. In the results obtained, the factors of exhaustion, depersonalization and dissatisfaction of achievement and the 12 factors of coping strategies were identified. The results showed that 75% of the population has high occupational wear, in the "danger" phase, 7% have normal or "healthy" occupational wear, 4% have low occupational wear and 14% of the population has the Burnout syndrome. The results made it clear that there is a correlation between burnout syndrome and coping strategies, although this was not evident in all the coping factors, if an interesting correlation with religion was found, emotional avoidance, cognitive avoidance and difficulty in coping. coping expression. On the other hand, it was evidenced that the most affected burnout syndrome factor is burnout, however, this did not show any relationship with the coping factors, but a correlation between this factor and the length of time in the institution was evidenced. . All these findings show the need for the organization to propose an action plan to strengthen organizational coping strategies and promote the importance of improving health at work and create greater opportunities for growth and organizational culture that allows teachers to enjoy mentally healthy and satisfied in front of their work and their educational institution.
