Sede Bogotá., ) Atencio Barrios, Dana Sofia; Matos Reyes, Milagro Del Carmen; Torres Puello, Dayana Esther; Prieto Jiménez, César AugustoThe service to which this study refers consists of a cultural center that offers as its main attraction the experience of living the culture of the city of Cartagena in a broader and more complete way, integrating tourist services that allow tourists from the gastronomic aspect, meet, taste and even learn to cook traditional homemade Cartagena food (rice with coconut, fried fish, panela water, etc.), street food such as fried foods (arepa with egg, carimañola, empanada, etc.) and food from the sea (fish, shrimp, octopus, etc.); in the folkloric aspect, get to know the typical dances and dances of the city such as the champeta and the cumbia, and that these may be able to recognize and dance to the rhythm; and in the historical aspect, to achieve that through theater and performance, they understand the history and traditions of the city (its origins, independence and all those historical data of interest to the city.
