The idea that gave rise to the present analysis arises from the interest this sector has aroused in recent decades and particularly, because of the expansion it has been achieving in the country and in the region. The sector confectioner is not only one of the most traditional in the country, but also provides important way in the generation of employment, in the revitalization of the country's economy and in the generation of innovation, with great sales projection in the national territory and Foreign. The sector is a source of growth opportunities for the country and people that are for some reason related to said productive activity.
