Sede Bogotá., ) Castro Melo, Gilberto; Uzgame Fonseca, María Esperanza; Sánchez Rojas, César AugustoThe ability to learn to read and write properly is complicated in the early stages of school life, in turn, acknowledge that one of the root causes of school failure lies in low levels of reading and writing is a reality concern and even more so when these mainstreaming other areas affecting the acquisition of knowledge in the different processes of teaching and learning, that is why, for this research takes into account the problem in students of grades first and second in reading and understanding, as well as in the development of skills for the textual production in the District Educational Institution Nuevo Horizonte. Because of this, our work will focus on strengthening, awaken and motivate the interest of girls and boys in reading and writing through playful strategies, it which we will apply a qualitative methodology with a series of instruments that we they will allow to collect detailed information for later analysis; the line of research we'll apply is pedagogy, didactic and childhoods and is articulated with the line of education, media and mediations. To achieve this we design a proposal for intervention oriented from three types of strategies or moments such as: the pedagogical, the playful and the didactic, in which we will work with parents and children workshops of body expression and artistic, collaborative games, theatre performances among others that can help to improve language skills and this will see reflected in the improvement of the academic performance of the students in these grades and in all areas of knowledge.
