- ÍtemTransformaciones educativas desde la aplicación de los ajustes razonables en una institución de primera infanciaSuárez González, Jenny Marcela; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThis work has been developed thinking about what is done in the context of diversity in early childhood, generating a series of tools and methodologies such as Universal Design of Learning, Individual Plan for Reasonable Adjustments and Decree 1421 which guide and supported in its pedagogical practice to achieve an education in equity. This work allows access to early childhood education, leaving aside fear and rejection due to lack of knowledge and strategies for working with a diverse population, such as a project focused on incorporating reasonable adjustments and curricular adaptations. in the early childhood educational institution Center for the Development of Footprints to guarantee quality education for diversity. To achieve the above, a quantitative methodology was applied with an action participation approach where the level of reception of the part of the institution and the teachers could be evidenced and the basis to present a step to this methodological tool that guarantees access and the participation of all students. The process developed in this work was significant, providing teachers with conceptual and legal foundations which are the basis to start with the preparation of reasonable adjustments when preparing their curriculum, allowing enriching environments for the individuality and diversity of each student.
