Sede Bogotá., ) Ramírez González, Edgar Javier; Romero Pulido, Clara Azucena; Soler Parada, Myriam Hibet; Peña Guarín, NéstorThe theme on the theater as a training activity in the development of oral and corporal expression, aims to develop in the student the ability to body and oral expression through theater; make a current and real diagnosis stimulation and motivation in the art of the students and teachers of sixth and seventh of the Superior Normal School in Monterrey; determine the importance of creative activity in learners; enhance the creativity and imagination of students through the development of theatrical works as a means to improve oral expression; work as a team, establishing norms of behaviour and respect for the good development of the activities; Likewise overcome shyness and insecurity to speak before an audience participating in the execution of small plays. The methodology used was the action research, to apply the following steps: observation, choice of proposal, planning, execution, reorganization and final evaluation. The population was sixth and seventh children including teachers working in the institution. The diagnosis allowed to meet and identify the environment, layout and the degree of motivation of teachers as students when using plays as tools of pedagogical training enabling them to improve the verbal expression, modulation, body expression, and communication. The proposal is set with the name "Teatrando'm speaking, and express myself accommodating"
