- ÍtemLa escuela que deseo: un lugar para convivir, aprender y ser feliz(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Garcés Correal, Silvia Elena; Orozco Mora, Silvia Elena; Sáchica Cepeda, Leidy CristinaDue to the frequent presence of conflicts between preschool and primary school children of the I.E. Débora Arango Pérez, especially in the moments of recreation and the repercussion of these in the academic field, arises the need for this proposal. This proposal is defined within intervention activities whose objective is to strengthen or strengthen social skills in children in order to have a healthy school life, this proposal is framed within the institutional pedagogical model, which gives relevance to the subject as a social being and constructivism as appropriation of knowledge. The intervention proposal was designed to work closely and systematically social skills, focusing specifically on empathy, negotiation, adequate resolution of conflict, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, ability to listen and recognition and defense of their own rights and of others ; arising from observation, since we believe that from a very young age children must learn to relate to live satisfactorily in the company of others, and this will allow the creation of a climate of affection, confidence and security, favoring an adequate teaching environment - learning. In the development of the intervention proposal is intended to promote alternatives for recognition of emotions and negative feelings that prevent healthy living, in order to enhance social and interpersonal skills, through the interpretation or staging of conflicting social situations and their resolution; aiming to confirm the theory that children learn to behave not only through instruction, but mainly through observation and social interaction, rather than through verbal instruction. The ultimate intention of the project is to transform the culture of the educational community and positively impact each of the homes, through the potentialization of social skills and citizenship training to live in harmony with themselves and with others.
