- ÍtemFavorecimiento de la manifestación emocional y relaciones armoniosas en el grado tercero de la I.E. La Esperanza(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Moreno Rúa, Berta Olivia; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoAfter evidencing recidivist attitudes and behaviors intolerant and aggressive in the breaks and recreational and sports days among students belonging to the third grade of group 05 of the section San Francisco de Paula of the I.E. La Esperanza de Medellín, decided to intervene in a pedagogical way to this population; students who justify their actions under the premise of the game, of competition, enjoyment and pleasure in an impulsive way, without measuring the consequences of such acts. Unsuccessful pedagogical actions, framed in the guidance of the institutional coexistence, advanced by teachers and managers, make a pedagogical ludic intervention imperative, that vindicate the dignity of being human among these children, their parents and teacher, making them aware of their role in a social group, strengthening life skills that help them make the right decisions in the midst of the differences that emerge and that they must overcome in the most appropriate way. The need arises then to favor the manifestation of emotions and harmonious relationships through the playful. In this task, it is intended to generate practical learning in parents and students of the group for the identification and proper management of their own emotionality. Three workshops are designed to generate clear principles for the adequate expression of emotionality and the strengthening of harmonious relationships, based on self-esteem and the identification and self-control of the emotions that make up the human person. Indirectly, the families of each of the students benefit, taking into account that they must work jointly to obtain better results on the stated objective: to improve the harmonious relationships within the group 305.
