Therefore, if the company wants to acquire sustained growth levels, it must apply an innovative human talent management policy, which not only schematizes and makes the operational organization chart efficient, but also prints tools that optimize human management processes and Bring compliance with the organizational strategy. Along these lines, the function and roles that human resources management has been having, has shown an evolutionary process in which some periods can be highlighted, associated with a specific name given to the area of human resources according to that time: Era of classical industrialization (1900- 1950); the personnel department: human resources department and the era of neoclassical industrialization - 1950 - 1990) and human talent management team (information age - after 1990). Along these lines, the new roles or roles of the human resources area today have taken a turn. The functions assumed by the human resources professionals are multiple, because they must play strategic operational roles simultaneously.
