- ÍtemEstrategias pedagógicas para la prevención de la agresividad escolar en el grado 101 del Ciclo Inicial de la IED Juan Francisco BerbeoMesa Gómez, Edith Lucila; García Cano, LupeThe present research seeks to eradicate the different types of aggression to improve relationships among students in the 101st grade of the initial cycle, for this purpose, different pedagogical strategies were designed to be implemented in the classroom through workshops on children's literatura, relaxation, game of roles, letters, mandalas, among others and the pedagogy of difference with a deal of love, respect and dialogue. These strategies begin with the recognition and identification of basic emotions, then focus on anger, as the emotion that by its mismanagement generates aggressive reactions that trigger physical blows such as fists, kicks, bites and verbal as shouting, insults and nicknames. These pedagogical strategies are supported by a theoretical framework, background and examples that allow to establish the issues to develop with the children, so that they do not allow anger to dominate them and prevent them from reaching negative consequences. Within the pedagogical strategies is fundamental the work of two emotional skills as the creative generation of options and the consideration of consequences, to strengthen the focus of the project. Initially, a diagnostic questionnaire was applied to the students, which was used for the project framework, an interview was conducted with the teacher and another with the guidance counselor to identify the most frequent types of aggression and listen to concerns and suggestions, and thus start with the design and the implementation of pedagogical strategies. Prevención de la agresividad escolar Additionally, the results of the workshops are evaluated through observation when there are conflicts and the intelligent handling that they give and finally a final questionnaire is applied that the students answered voluntarily, different events are recorded in the student's observer and I did a follow-up in front of the field diaries to evaluate the results, to eradicate the verbal aggressions and attacks as much as possible.
