The lack of goals impacts mental health and the sense of belonging. The research seeks to use playful strategies to stimulate motivation and future planning, based on previous studies at the international, national and FULL library levels, which highlight the effectiveness of these strategies in similar projects. The methodological strategy adopted for the educational intervention at the San José Educational Institution, Obando, is based on a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. An inductive process and action research design is used to address the complexity of the problem. The target population includes 38 tenth grade students, selected through simple random sampling. The project covers 3 phases of identification, design and application of recreational strategies. Phase 1- Identify: Application of a survey and participant observation to discover causes of demotivation in tenth grade students, focused on their life projects. Phase 2 - Design: A playful strategy was designed to carry out the life project, in a pleasant and attractive way for the students. Phase 3 - Apply: Execution of playful strategies to carry out life projects in tenth grade students. Detailed pedagogical intervention, implementing strategies to motivate, increase participation and interest.
