Sede Bogotá., ) Alarcon Rodríguez, Carlos Eduardo,; López Sanabria, Luis Gerardo;; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThe low performance of the students of the tenth grade of the Republic of Ecuador district school in the management of logic and the acceptable results obtained in the test “Saber 11” of the year 2018, particularly in the critical reading component, correspond to the lack of appropriation and application of the logical functions developed in philosophy, whose expressions deal with the articulation between the postulates to generate the different meanings in the texts and contexts. The purpose of this pedagogical intervention is to improve the performance of the institution's students in the management of the logical functions, through the use of the Excel spreadsheet, in order to increase the level of the results in the test “Saber 11” and in general in all those academic and extracurricular activities in which they interacted through the use of logic. The action research is adopted as a methodological tool, this onebegins of the investigation, then the intervention strategy is designed and finally the students are linked to the execution of the strategy “logical functions integrating ICT and philosophy”. From the combination of this two areas, the students identify the concepts, appreciate and live the relationships of the terms to achieve the different types of judgments and with them they assume the argument, they go from the theoretical to the practical in the area of computer science, with Function application laboratories for the development of basic algorithms; Once the execution of the strategy is finished, it is expected to register as perceptible results, the improvement in the performance of the critical reading and in the understanding of the meanings in different types of texts, the identification and application of the logical functions in different software environments and the achievement of better results in the tests “Saber 11” of the year 2020, on the part of each one of the students of grade 10, participants in the intervention.
