Adolescence and everything that isa round it from changes in their bodies and their hormones, to the psychological, makes many of our athletes on certain occasions feel frustrated or unmotivated towards training and even abandon them. It is for this reason that we want to propose substantial changens in our daily sessions that result in improve the quality, but also that on a personal level each of our athletes find enjoyment, fun and fall in love with this sport.

Sede Bogotá., ) López León, Amanda Eugenia; Pitalúa Guerrero, Faisuri Yoani; León Suárez, Nury Andrea; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaThis document entitled Pedagogical practices mediated by ICT in primary school teaching processes at Colegio Bahá'í Simmons de Jamundí, has the general objective of analyzing the mediation of ICT that have allowed strengthening the pedagogical practices mediated by Information and Communication Technologies in primary school teachers, for the identification of technological resources and capabilities. It is a study of qualitative approach, descriptive scope and phenomenological design. The research techniques and tools used were qualitative and quantitative. The data and information obtained were recorded in matrices, graphs and Word documents for analysis. The research sample was non-probabilistic and by convenience and a total of 9 teachers participated. In conclusion, the primary school has a team of trained teachers who consciously articulate ICTs in the relevant topics or concepts of the different subjects, but they do not have the necessary skills to use them. relevant to the different subjects, but that according to the MEN can raise their capacity to the Innovative level. It is recommended to the Educational Community to agitate, acquire and access to a greater number of technological resources and training in this line to promote the different educational processes of the institution.
