Sede Bogotá., ) Jojoa Rodríguez, Martha Janneth; Sánchez Rojas, César AugustoThis work projects a proposal to generate a playful program of induction adapted to the new personnel that enters to the Fundacion Universitaria Los Libertadores, which is directed by the area of Human Talent, taking into account that at present due to the absence of a process of suitable and timely induction, denotes a particular ignorance of the institutional environment leading the new staff to make mistakes that impact the performance of their functions. The proposal is given within a structure of playful elements in a teaching - learning environment, given as didactic strategies and at the same time adjusted in such a way that they are propitious for the development of the process of induction of the new personnel, what allows to foment of that active participation by intervening motivation and creativity in communication, integration, the development of their tasks, the interrelation with other collaborators and teamwork, in this way finally achieving an integral formation that allows to be a starting point towards the strengthening of the processes developed in the different areas of the Institution. Based on this vision, the present study is located in a qualitative research with a descriptive focus, articulated within the research line: Integrating Human Development in the Colombian Social Context, which is characteristic of the Institution, and in the that through this proposal an action plan is pointed out that allows specific moments to be created with specific characteristics suited to the induction process, where relevant components are considered within the play context, emphasizing innovation, awakening interest in doing, to be, to know how to be, in addition to using languages of the playful; as the art of the corporal, oral, written, and sonorous expression, followed by stories of own experiences staged, all this oriented to an interrelation that contains a degree of dynamism, enthusiasm and empathy within the new environment, these components are considered as part of the integral human development in an individual, group and organizational way.
