Sede Bogotá., ) Flórez Celis, Elsy; Flórez Huertas, Nelson EnriqueThe Interdisciplinary Intervention Project “Speaking and listening skills development through playfulness” emerges as a need to improve pedagogical practices in the classroom with Colegio Los Alpes preschool students in order to increase their communicative skills. Once the diagnostic stage was completed, it was stablished that student’s low academic performance was attached to their low communicative skills level, since preschool to high school students. Consequently, the route and the methodology were created to guide this project; taking into account, the elements given by the Specialization in Playfulness Pedagogy such a motivational strategy for Preschool students which allowed to strength the teaching and learning process, getting more participative and receptive kids during their activities in the classroom. This researching, building and implementing process of the Intervention Project allowed from the theorical investigation to inquire the problems which permeate school´s environment and its students. From them, it is meant to generate meaningful playful- pedagogy strategies which include families’ participation to develop some purposes.
