Sede Bogotá., ) Cruz Suanca, Paula Alexandra; Flórez Huertas, Nelson EnriqueThis proposal of disciplinary intervention, arises as part of the exercise of inquiry and characterization at the beginning of the school year, in the IED Jackeline, in the city of Bogotá, with the population under study, which was represented by seventeen students of the Garden 2 grade, level composed of nine boys and eight girls, with average ages between 3 and 5 years of age and which raises the generation of social skills teaching in garden-grade children through recreational and experiential workshops. For this purpose, it was proposed to work initially, by means of a didactic ladder; eight social skills: attachment, empathy, assertiveness, cooperation, communication, self control, understanding and conflict resolution. In this playful proposal, the children were allowed to propose and propose the possible solutions to the conflicts presented; in addition, the children were given the opportunity to listen to their voices and generate autonomy while it is they who present alternative solutions to the problem situations, with their own ideas and not imposed by adults. Then through workshops, which essentially contained recreational and experiential experiences, awareness and internalization was generated in children and families, habits of good treatment, conflict resolution, awareness of what others feel, setting standards for a healthy coexistence, ways of expressing feelings assertively, in situations that are not very pleasant for children.
