Sede Bogotá., ) Cruz Mosquera, Yucely Paola; Cabarcas Mercado, Yesenia Milena; Hernández Riaño, Yesid ManuelThere are many reasons that stimulate the improvement of communication skills in infants; it is essential to acquire strong skills at this stage because they begin to forge the principles of expressive, cognitive and social development. The objective is to strengthen verbal and non-verbal communication skills through a playful pedagogical strategy in children from 4 to 5 years of age of the CDI Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Baranoa Atlántico. Where the low level of verbal and nonverbal communication skills is observed, which makes it difficult, affecting communication and socialization among children. This research starts from a qualitative approach that allows us to understand the meaning of the actions and qualities of the subject; at the same time, it involves its realities, obtaining a specific and accentuated image of social and cultural phenomena, is flexible to the needs of research and what is to be achieved. The type of research is the case study where information is obtained and analyzed through: observation and interview using instruments such as: The Child Development Value Scale and the interview guide to parents and the interdisciplinary team. The research line and group: to which this research project is linked is Evaluation, Learning and Teaching, which "conceives education as a complex process that requires the accompaniment of evaluation to identify achievements and opportunities". Likewise, children with communication difficulties are identified, then a playful pedagogical strategy is designed and employed based on the game that improves the problems of the affected population, then analyzes its operation and concludes: that games as a learning tool being interactive and fun help to forge the child as a social being and improve their language.
