For this reason and based on the need that was diagnosed in through participant observation to maintain a conducive study environment in the classroom classes, it is considered important to carry out the creation of a recreational-pedagogical strategy mediated by ICT to promote coexistence in students of the Third Grade I.E. Cisneros. In this way, the implementation of a series of activities is contemplated contemplated to solve the central problem are part of the proposal whose title is: We are all different, we are all important. To carry out this research, The design was taken into account for its creation through a qualitative approach, using also to the methodological design of the action research type; The technique of collection of information called Participant Observation, and in relation to the technique of data collection, a Field Diary was designed, and finally, socialization was carried out with parents of the strategy. The conclusions reached by the researchers consisted of determining that, through an assertive intervention carried out, it was achieved awaken in students empathy, respect and camaraderie and greater awareness of the value of the other. Likewise, participation within the classroom is improved, thereby which school performance is substantially favored.
