Sede Bogotá., ) Beltrán Cabezas, Yessica Paola; Florez Ramírez, Yasmín Adriana; Sánchez Rocha, William; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThis project is based on the formulation of a proposal that seeks to generate a healthy school life based on respect and tolerance, since in the educational center there is constant evidence of physical and verbal aggression among students, for this purpose it is proposed as a goal general The implementation of strategies so that through the playful lead to the assertive solution of conflicts in the internal students of the educational center La Libertad. The project is part of a qualitative research because it is a mechanism to understand educational and social phenomena that in turn lead to transform everyday practices in education under an explanatory approach to go beyond the description explaining why and how the phenomena occur. A sample of 20 students was taken and a survey is applied to know why the aggressions occur and what they think about them, when analyzing the results it is evident that there is a high percentage of aggressions but at the same time it is read that the Students do not agree with them, so they propose the willingness to participate in activities that lead to improving school coexistence. For this purpose, as a research team, it proposes a proposal that seeks to implement strategies, playful-pedagogical such as cooperative games, reflections, dramatizations, to improve school coexistence and the strengthening of citizenship competencies in the students of the La Libertad School. The proposal consists of the development of sections of challenges and / or activities with cooperative games whose purpose is to reduce the levels of aggression and thus have happier children.
