Sede Bogotá., ) Barreto Perdomo, Melba Lisana; Sánchez Rojas, César AugustoThis research analyzes characteristics of the political campaigns of young candidates between the ages of 18 and 28, for the 2015 elections before the Departmental Assembly of Boyacá-Colombia. Of the 16 deputies elected by popular vote, for this four-year period, three are included in this age range. One of the challenges that teachers must assume from the classroom is the search for strategies that allow students to clearly see the articulation of knowledge with daily activities. Hence the need to promote environments that stimulate the development of mathematical thinking by facilitating the teaching and learning process, that arouse curiosity, interest, and a taste for the subject and foster a participatory and creative attitude on the part of the student. Currently, the incorporation of technological resources into educational processes have undergone changes that enrich this process, generating multiple forms of interaction between teacher, student and knowledge. According to Martha Rodríguez (2009), ICTs are transforming education significantly, both the way of teaching and the way of learning have changed, and of course the role of the teacher and the student, at the same time that the training objectives for the Since students will have to be trained to use, use and produce with the new media, the teacher will also have to change their communication strategies and assume their role as facilitator of student learning in cooperative environments to help them plan and achieve objectives. Likewise, learning environments mediated by cyber tools have a great reception among students, being a positive and determining factor in the teaching of mathematics learning, taking into account that the teacher adopts a more practical position when developing his class in an enriched environment of interaction between leisure and technology. For the development of this proposal, a qualitative research is proposed, with a critical social approach framed within the participatory action research, which allows interaction between parents, teacher and the thirty-five (35) fifth grade students of the San Felipe Educational Center, San Felipe headquarters, in the municipality of Cabuyaro, Meta. Instruments such as the field diary and the questionnaire will be used, with the main objective of determining the impact of cyberlude tools on strengthening mathematical competence for the population under study.
