Sede Bogotá., ) Álvarez Aragón, Lucy Arellys,; Virguéz Bernal, Cindy Lorena;; Segura, Carmen AliciaThis investigation will be carried out between the months of April 2012 and September 2013, in order to determine the development of secure attachment and parental abilities in the mother-newborn dyad belonging to the Kangaroo Mother Program in the Neonatology Unit of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital of the City of Quibdó-Chocó. For which the problem question was raised: How does the secure attachment bond develop in the mother dyad - premature infant belonging to the Kangaroo Mother Program of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital in the city of Quibdó-Chocó? and the objectives the general Describe the development of secure attachment in the mother-newborn dyad that specific to the Mother Kangaroo Program in the Neonatology Unit of the San Francisco de Asís Hospital of the City of Quibdó-Chocó and the specific Identify the components of the technique kangaroo mother, involved in the development of secure attachment in the mother-newborn dyad; Analyze the parental abilities present in mothers to be deployed as a safe base for their premature baby; Determine the support networks present for the mother-infant dyad during the Mother Kangaroo Program; Knowing the development of the process of affective bonding between the mother-baby dyad narrated from the emotional appreciations of the parents, using a descriptive type methodology, and by the type of information that is collected is of qualitative cut using a population sample of six ( 6) mother-newborn dyads. In this sense, the collection of information that comprehensively understands and interprets the meanings expressed through the narration of the mothers of premature babies is carried out. In addition to the description and analysis of the relationship system in the mother-infant dyads, which allow to account for the development of the bonding of secure attachment. In the same way it was investigated in the deployment of the parental capacities present in the mother that belong to the Kangaroo Program.
