Sede Bogotá., ) Valencia Ramírez, Rosa Mariela; 2017This project is aimed at satisfying the needs of the population of the city of Bogotá and its surrounding municipalities, applying this model of tourism and sustainable development in an environment of the municipality of Tobia Cundinamarca to meet the demands of a certain group of clients, generating in these groups the culture for agriculture and promoting education with the environmental care. The project presents the strategy of creation and construction of a rural agricultural lodging house in the municipality of Tobia, Cundinamarca with the aim of putting it at the service of visitors. This business has opportunity because currently tourism in Colombia is opening up to the dynamics of the globalization and has been contributing to development in sectors other than extractive in the country. The sector In general, it has been a source of income for the creator of any project of this type, since the advantages geographical and cultural characteristics of the country have allowed it to gain comparative advantages over other nations of the tropic. The project will be located in the municipality of Tobia, Cundinamarca due to its proximity to the capital of the country allows it to exploit a potential internal tourist market in addition to offering characteristics landscaping with a range of varieties that challenge the routine of city work.

Sede Bogotá., ) Rios Osorio, Ruben Andres; rarioso@libertadores.edu.co; 2017The project to create the Organizational Intelligence Foundation (IO Foundation) is conceived as a non-profit entity, based on shared value philosophies, theory of change and principles of B organizations (B corp.). these types of organizations combine the social goals of an NGO with the economic efficiency of an entity with of profit, defining the business model in favor of providing solutions to social problems. These social problems need to generate transformations, which are promoted by actions based on the theory of change, where the efforts and resources of a organization are focused on a community, these actions generate reactions and these are multiply, increasing the efforts that allow impacting multiple needs of the psychosocial environment (Brugmann & Prahalad, 2007). Several organizations have defined their value proposition, mission and economic success, using the strength of the market to provide solutions to social, economic and environmental problems, as of September 2016 there are 1188 organizations certified as B Corps globally, of which 256 are Latin American (System B, s.f.). In this way, this organizational project is conceived as foundation, having a social sense and additionally consolidating services of commercialization of consulting, training and accompaniment of human talent organization, so that economic impact can be generated to support the mission social of the IO Foundation.
- ÍtemDiferencia en las frecuencias de conductas antisociales y delictivas en estudiantes del último grado escolar de colegios públicos y privados de la ciudad de Bogotá.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Nogales Ochoa, Jennifer; Pineda Rojas, Katherin Johanna; 2017Introduction: Delinquency is a phenomenon suffered by all the countries of the world, in some of them it is evident that broader security measures are taken, encompassing or accurate and in others it is more frequent to see how this phenomenon exceeds the control entities chosen by governments to contain or eliminate them, so we ask ourselves: Are there differences in the frequency of antisocial and criminal behaviors emitted by adolescents of grade 11 of a public and private school in Bogotá?. Objectives: Determine if there is difference in the frequency of antisocial and criminal behaviors emitted by adolescents from a private school compared to a public one in the city of Bogotá. Also I know seeks to know if there are significant differences between the number of antisocial behaviors and criminal. Methodology. This research corresponds to a quantitative study not cross-sectional experimental study with a descriptive design, for which a sample was selected probabilistic study of 94 voluntary subjects with a mean age of 16 years, all of them belonging to the last grade of a public school and two private schools in the city of Bogota. For data collection, an ad hoc sociodemographic questionnaire was developed and applied the A-D questionnaire of Nicolás Seisdedos of 2004. Results: No Significant differences in antisocial behaviors in the types of schools. As for the criminal behaviors, there was a difference in frequency, being higher for the school public compared to the private school, significant differences were also identified in function of gender, scoring higher occurrence of antisocial behaviors for men and more criminal behavior in women. Conclusions: It is necessary that adolescents have adequate family environments that strengthen the risk factors present in their social context, it is also worth inquiring about the educational plans of each institution and incorporate aspects of personality traits in future research.
- ÍtemEstudio de factibilidad para empresa de experiencias turísticas a la medida que ofrezca servicios inmersión en las costumbres culturales locales – A pie viajamos(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Santamaría Daza, Andrés; 2017The purpose of this project is to prepare a feasibility study for the idea of business that proposes to provide tourist services tailored to its clients and that offers the tourist cultural knowledge through immersion. This study was conducted based on data obtained through sources relevant literature on tourism issues, validation of the different hypotheses and assumptions about the business model, as well as surveys and the implementation of said company that is currently constituted and in operation. Tour Operators "On foot we travel", born from the lack of tour guides who speak more than one language and the lack of new services designed for segments of travelers who want a specialized tour of the country. Because of this, the problems converge in the creation of a company that adapts to changes in tourism and the customer by offering a variety of products and/or services. For this, the situation in Colombia was also analyzed with respect to different problems that the country has to receive tourists from anywhere in the world, among them the lack of command of the English language among ordinary people, students and tourism professionals. The most recent study of the English Aptitude Index by the international education first, ranks our country in position #57 out of 70 countries evaluated. (EF-EPI 2015). With a very low level of English occupying the penultimate position in the region surpassed only by Venezuela and Salvador, and which also shows clearly the failure of national programs such as Colombia bilingual 2014 - 2018 and Colombia very well, among others, thus showing the importance of professionals of tourism are trained and offer services and/or products in a second language with quality to contribute to the development and improvement of the different economic sectors, attract new investors and promote tourism in our country, concluding that in the global trend if there is a clear relationship between the level of English in a country and its economic growth

Sede Bogotá., ) Ladino Morales, Argenis; 2017There is a great variety of gastronomic offer along the road corridor “Autopista al Llano”, mostly offers typical dishes from the eastern region Cundinamarques. The aim of this business project is to offer, to the consumer of the region and the tourists of the road corridor, dishes from another region from Colombia, but without a doubt it will be a huge pleasure for the client's palate, that demands something different from what is often found in its path. Creating this type of company as a business project helps solve part of the unemployment problem that this region has, since would demand agricultural labor from the region to try some of supplies required for food processing offered, improving the income and quality of life of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Guayabetal. The feasibility study developed throughout the degree work is carried out to determine the feasibility of starting a restaurant in the city of Guayabetal. The Municipality of Guayabetal presents a high number of places or elements tourists who in one way or another represent an attraction for the Guayabetal communities and tourists, which indicates that it can be implement strategies to project in the medium term an increase in economic income. Guayabetal is a city in expansion at a cultural and commercial level in a potential tourism sector such as the Bogotá-Villavicencio Double Lane, without counting on the great agro-tourism, environmental and landscape potential, which have the Municipality, therefore, it is one of the most desirable areas for enter the gastronomic market

Sede Bogotá., ) Jiménez Pescado, Lina Johana; 2017Game Gourmet is a video game themed restaurant that will generate added value by improving customer service, marketing and training for Human Resources. The The first store will be located in the chapinero area and will be offered to people from strata between 3 and 5. According to the 2014 management report carried out by Acodres, 48.28% of the restaurants with sales of less than 100 million pesos per month are found in Bogotá, in addition to the study of economic growth in Colombia carried out by DANE, states that the sector restaurants grew in 2014, 1.2 representative points with respect to 2013 in the first trimester". Although our customer segments are not video gamers, a study published in August 2013 by the Entertainment Software Association (2013); states that 58% of the inhabitants play video games regularly. This shows that this taste goes on increase. In the market study, most of the possible clients want the place to be decorated with allusion to video games in a simple way and at the same time feel comfortable and Have fun with the theme. In this study the respondents gave ideas such as: people you want to find different types of consoles, promotions between food and video games, shocking images in which you can take selfies, variety in games, dishes alluding to video games, waiters' clothing alluding to video games and promotion with skills in social networks
- ÍtemViabilidad para la puesta en marcha de Servidom S.A.S empresa de servicios domésticos para el hogar.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Alfonso Arias, Liliana; Moreno Rueda, Karen Eliana; 2017In the present study, the viability of Servidom S.A.S. service company located in the city of Bogotá, town of Usaquén, strata 4, 5,6, based on in the market study and the application of the survey to the target population, which form the main base for the elaboration of the technical, administrative and financial study. The main objective of the project is to satisfy the needs in homes by through professionals trained in cleaning activities, implementation of technology of state-of-the-art, specialized machinery, supply of inputs, oriented towards quality and compliance. Likewise, it seeks to improve the quality of life of employees, generating of direct employment, complying with legal and institutional requirements. The investment for the start-up of Servidom is $140,716,026 for own contributions of the partners, and the financial evaluation shows a profitability margin of 37.95% value attractive, feasible and higher than the rate. The NPV results in a positive value of $83,141,272, which defines its success from the beginning of activities, generating profits and a social impact positive about the services sector.
